Checkout and payment providers
Checkout on duwenauu.com is powered by Shopify together with participating payment providers. Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may differ by location, currency, device, and provider availability.
Authorization and fraud review
Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization and reasonable fraud prevention. Banks or payment providers may request verification, decline a payment, or place a temporary authorization hold. Duwenauuโข does not control issuer decisions or hold-release timing.
Transaction information
Card details are transmitted to and processed by participating payment providers using their security controls. Duwenauuโข does not retain full payment-card numbers in its own store systems. Customers should still use trusted devices and networks and protect account credentials.
Pricing and charges
Product prices, discounts, shipping, applicable taxes, and the final total appear before payment is submitted. Currency conversion, foreign-transaction, installment, or issuer fees are determined by the customer's provider.
Payment problems
If a payment fails, check billing details, funds, issuer restrictions, and verification requests. For duplicate pending authorizations, contact the issuing bank because one entry may only be a temporary hold.
