1. Agreement

These terms form part of the agreement governing purchases from Duwenauu™. Submitting an order also means accepting the applicable Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and warranty terms.

2. Product information

We aim to present descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability accurately. Display settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and product updates may create minor differences, while actual results may vary according to environment, care, and use. Duwenauu™ fabric products are consumer products, not medical devices, and product information is not medical advice.

3. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. Payment, identity, address, inventory, quantity, and suspected fraud may be reviewed. Orders may lawfully be refused, limited, or canceled for payment problems, inventory issues, content or pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions, or export restrictions. Charged canceled orders will receive the appropriate refund.

4. Pricing and promotions

Prices use the currency displayed by the store and may change prospectively. Discounts, shipping, taxes, and final totals appear before ordering. Customers must be authorized to use their selected payment method. Promotions may carry product, quantity, timing, territory, eligibility, or redemption limits and generally cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Published shipping, cancellation, return, and refund policies govern those processes. Eligible Duwenauu™ products have a 2-year limited warranty against covered material and workmanship defects. Consumables, ordinary wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modifications, and use contrary to instructions are excluded.

6. Proper use and liability

Customers are responsible for using, cleaning, maintaining, and caring for products according to applicable instructions and should stop using an item if it appears damaged or unsafe.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Duwenauu™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or loss of use, data, revenue, or profit. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability generally does not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned unless law requires otherwise.

7. Legal effect and updates

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in force; failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Updated terms apply prospectively, and the version effective when an order is accepted generally governs that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
