At Duwenauu™, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing our fabric goods. This policy explains how return requests are reviewed when they meet our requirements and how refunds are handled after an eligible return is approved.
30-Day Return Window
If the item delivered to you does not meet your expectations, you may submit a return request within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
Returned products must be unused and remain in their original condition. When possible, please include the original packaging when sending the item back. Every return request must include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt.
Some products may not qualify for return because of health requirements, safety regulations, or specific product restrictions.
Return Process
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Duwenauu™ will cover return shipping only if the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.
After we receive the returned package, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is connected to a mistake made by Duwenauu™.
