Order preparation, estimated delivery, tracking, and shipping assistance for Duwenauuโข purchases.
1. Shipping availability
Duwenauuโข ships to eligible addresses offered at checkout. Qualifying orders within the contiguous United States receive free standard shipping unless the product page or checkout states otherwise. Availability and charges for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote locations, and international destinations appear at checkout when supported.
2. Processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1โ3 business days after payment authorization. Weekends and recognized holidays are excluded. Verification, address review, peak demand, preorders, availability, or unusually large orders may add time.
3. Delivery estimates
Standard contiguous-U.S. transit is generally estimated at 5โ12 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Expedited services, when available, appear at checkout.
4. Tracking
A shipping confirmation is sent when tracking is available. The first carrier scan may take up to 48 hours after label creation. Multi-product orders can arrive separately with different tracking numbers.
5. Addresses and delays
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Corrections cannot be guaranteed after processing begins, and reasonable reshipping costs may apply when a package is returned because of an incorrect customer-provided address.
Weather, carrier capacity, transportation disruption, customs, security events, holidays, remote destinations, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect delivery.
6. Package issues and international charges
Contact us promptly about unusual delays, damage, or delivered-but-not-received packages. A carrier investigation or supporting information may be required. Where international shipping is offered, duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local fees are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout states they are prepaid.
